Simplivo Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Simplivo (simplivo.in). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Time: 5-7 working days from the date of shipment depending on your location.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to addresses across India.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Simplivo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if not reported immediately. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange under our policy.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take a photo/video of the unboxing as proof before filing a claim.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via WhatsApp to correct it before fulfillment.
