Simplivo Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Simplivo (simplivo.in).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day your item was delivered. If 7 working days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Any tags, labels, or protective seals are completely intact.

  • You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications.

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase through either of the following channels:

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days. Please remember it can also take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
